Web site editing is password controlled
We needed to go in to 5 e-mail addresses and change the password inorder to "clean up" the mailboxes.
Whenever you delete a message it is moved from the "in" box to the "deleted" box. You must click the (purge) to remove them from the system, that is what we did, we purged all files that were in the delete folder for those 5 users. No other users were affected.
Would everyone that is using the e-mail with SSDCA please go in and "purge" their deleted folder.
Also would the 5 users who had their passwords changed please e-mail Tom Beck so that he can give you your temporary password.
